Where are you based?

I am based in Myaree, with a beautiful private home studio. There is plenty of free street parking. The address, along with directions and additional information, will be provided in your booking confirmation email.

Do you travel?

Yes! I offer on location services for bridal and special events. All on location services incur a travel fee based on location. Please fill out my Contact form for more information.

Are lashes included in your makeup application?

Yes – all makeup applications include complimentary customised individual lash application for a soft, seamless finish. Prefer strip lashes? Feel free to bring your favourites (new in packaging) and I’ll apply them for you.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Please arrive with clean, bare skin and lightly moisturised. Avoid heavy skincare right before makeup, and if you need to wear makeup to your appointment please let me know so I can allow enough time to remove and prep your skin properly.

How long is my appointment?

Appointment length varies between 1-2 hours depending on type. Please refer to individual appointment details for timing and more details. This can be found on our services page.

What is your availability?

Shay is available Monday to Thursday after 4pm Fridays & Saturdays from 7am-6pm.

Sunday/Public Holidays and weekday availability for weddings are only available upon request via my Wedding Enquiries Form. Please note that additional surcharges apply to Sunday, Public Holiday, and early morning appointments.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes - a non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

What if i can no longer make my appointment?

Studio bookings can be rescheduled or transferred with at least 48 hours’ notice.

If you cancel or make changes with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be forfeited. I understand life happens, so please get in touch as early as possible if you need to make adjustments - the fastest way to reach me is by text or call. Shay’s contact details can be found here
